In two weeks' time, it will be Chinese New Year.
This year is Bryant's 2nd Chinese New Year. We will not be going to any house-visiting as we are not supposed to celebrate. Although we can't go house-visiting, our house is open for visiting. Our friends and relatives will come over to accompany us.
Even though we are not celebrating, I think is a must to wear new clothes on Chinese New Year. I just can't stop shopping for Bryant!! Hehe!!

Birthday Pressie Part 1
Deli hopes Bryant can be a footballer when he grows up. :) He asked me to get a white jersey so the three of us can take a family photo as MAN-U fan family.

Bryant Turns One... TODAY! :)
Time passes so fast. Bryant turns ONE today.
We did not organise a big birthday bash for him as we can't hold any celebration for 100 days. So this will be a quiet affair for 4 of us at home. But Deli and I had decided to buy a small cake for him to nibble tonight. And we are now cracking our brains... What to buy for our angel... :)
He has received quite a few birthday presents from my parents, Deli's aunties, my friends, and Deli's colleagues. I think he is a very blessed boy.
Thanks a zillion!! :)

Bryant Lunar Birthday
Today is Bryant's lunar birthday. According to tradition:
1) Eat drumstick - symbolised more food to come
2) Pick an item from a tray - to see what the kid will do in the future (items: calculator, ruler, pen, scissors, ang bao, red eggs, can't remember lioa.. ;P)
3) Wear new shoes and step on ang gu kuey (can't remember exactly what it signifies, symbolised a new beginning for Bryant?)
MIL said Wai Po must buy a set of new clothes and a pair of shoes for Bryant. She said this is the 'Hokkien Law'. But mummy said she can't buy because FIL just passed away so she will give a BIG red packet to Bryant to represent the gifts.
Anyway, we only did tradition one. Bryant enjoys licking and eating the drumstick. :)
