Went to this good deal just now after lunch. Ate 1 Coit Tower and part of Dorinda's Banana Boat. Now I am so FULL and SLEEPY...*yawnz*The queue was quite long but amazingly, the restaurant inside was not fully occupied. Maybe they are worried they can't manage the crowd so they slowly let the customers in or maybe they just want to show others their biz is good. Whatever reason, I got to eat my ice-cream and I'm happy and satisfied now. So is bb#2! Hehe!
Yesterday was the first time I attended a baking class!! It was very fun but tiring. Patrick (the teacher) was a humourous and fun guy and when he knew I'm pregnant, he asked my partner to wash all the utensils as the washing area is wet and he is afraid that I will fall down. Anyway, I NEARLY fell down near the fridge area and they banned me from going there after that. -_-"I will definitely attend again!! :)Check out the cakes that I baked last nite!! I have not tried my creation yet, tonight will try the ice-cream cake and see how it taste. Both cakes smell nice! :)

"Red Man" Sponge Cake Mix - 250gmEgg - 5"Gold Tree" Unsalted Butter - 50gmWater - 50mlDurian Ice Cream FillingEgg Yolk - 4"Red Man" Caster Sugar - 80gmUHT Milk - 100mlMillac Cream - 400gm"Red Man" Vanilla Stick - 1/2 pcs"Red Man" Vanilla Ice Cream Powder - 3 tbsp"Red Man" Gelatine Powder - 1 tbspHot Water - 3 tbspDurian Puree - 150gm1. Whip the Egg Yolk and Sugar to creamy texture2. Boil the Milk, Cream and Vanilla Stick and pour into Egg Mixture3. Mix until cool down and add in the Ice Cream Powder and stir until dissolve. Add durian puree and stir until dissolve4. Keep the mixture into the freezer until the mixture is cold5. Put on the mixer and mix until is thicken6. Cut a layer of sponge cake and put into the cake ring and pour all the Filling into it7. Keep in the freezer until set

Yesterday was Princess Summer birthday. :) Mayling invited a few of us to their house and have a mini celebration. But our Princess Summer already had 4 days of celebration lioa.. Haha! We were teasing Benson when Summer reach 18years old, will we get a PH?? Haha!!

Why is he always so unlucky and kena bronchitis? Poor little fellow is on neubiliser again. Please give him strength and let him recover soon. Maybe I should start him on chinese med to build up his immune system.
